The Performance

After the Performance
During Intermission

Ticket in hand, the performers were able to join their parents at the intermission and enjoy the rest of the ballet.  With the stunning SFBS world premieres of Delusions and 5.26.10, AMS has renewed her interest in contemporary ballet with a foundation of classical training.  Wearing a black knit dress, black tights, black boots and silk scarf, she was well-outfitted for an urban evening at the ballet.

  1. First Performance: It lasted just 3 minutes. Amelia’s ballet performance was brief. Had you been late you’d have missed it. But in three minutes she learned a lot – how to maintain composure when your arm goes up sooner than planned. How to recover from a miss-step. How to make it look easy. How to smile in spite of a difficult technique. One down two to go.
