The annual music concert for parents at Nixon Elementary School and her last elementary school music concert.

Talent Show 2011
AMS was an MC at the annual talent show. This is the first (and last) time she’ll participate in the school talent show because this is her last year at elementary school.
At 5′ – 2 1/2″, she towers over all the other kids in her grade.
Escondido Music Concert 2010
June 2, 2010:
The Escondido Elementary School fifth and fourth grade classes demonstrated their musical talents at the annual music concert on June 2, 2010.

They played “Pachelbel’s Canon” by Pachelbel, “Mozart Serenade” by Mozart, “Ode To Joy” from the 9th Symphony by Beethoven, Offenbach’s “Orpheus in the Underworld, Infernal Galop from Act II, Scene 2” and many other fun and entertaining numbers.
2010 Student-Led Conference
May 26, 2010:
The students had their student-led conferences where they showed off their school accomplishments in the past year. They’ve learned and done so much!
Agenda:
- Writing: Coloma Reflections, California Academy of Science Poem, Descriptive Writing, Poem Project, Rancho Letter and Pioneer Journal
- Social Studies: Native American Poster, Explorer Stain Glass, Mission Watercolor (Mission La Purisima) and Notes, and California Fact Booklet
- Literature: Readers Notebook and Book Talk
- Math: Everyday Math Game – Polygon Pair-Up
- Art: Two Spectra Art Pieces
- Science: Science Notebook, and Hands-On Magnetism and Electricity
