Today we learned how to do the “Moonwalk” in dance class. We also learned a routine from Michael Jackson’s music video, “Thriller”. In drum class, we started to make a drum. In our mask making class, I finished making her Halloween mask. Tomorrow, I am planning to do a paper-making demo to the class during lunch.

Today we learned the rest of the Michael Jackson dance routine and we learned our solo dance numbers. We also finished making our drums. And we learned how to draw the curious puppy and baby mouse. I also added glitter on my tribal painting.
AMS also got a chance to demonstrate paper-making during lunch. She was really excited about doing it and had 6 other kids in her workshop. The kids thought it was cool and fun.

Last day of camp. A very successful camp. Drawings, a mask, a drum and some cool dance moves.

Today AMS started working on her summer home school math, language arts, geography, writing and science.
Great job on the paper-making demo!
The head camp counselor noted how well she explained the process and materials. She has natural leadership abilities.
